Just the Facts: Week 4 ending March 10th - Weigh In - Day 1 Week #5

  • Weight: #305 (12 lb total)
  • Win: I’m still a NON-SMOKER – today is Day 1 of Week Six
  • Win: I lost 7 lbs - (I was due)
  • Win: Exercise on a scale of 1- 10 was a 5 (I’ve started with Cardio - weight training starts March 16th )
  • Win: Diet – 80 -20 - (had a good week - room for improvement)

Exercise program has actually started with me joining a new Gym and a 12 week program that starts March 16th with a trainer. Between now and the 16th cardio is the exercise of choice.

4 **** week - a very good thing!
