- Win: Exercise on a scale of 1- 10 was a 8 (5 days - 4 weight training and a cardio )
- Win: Diet ā 80 - 20
Yes it is TRUE - I’m damn near a “Flyweight” -
UNDER 300 lbs - I WILL NEVER AGAIN BE ABOVE THAT FIGURE!!!
