- Win: Iām still a NON-SMOKER ā today is Day 1 of Week Eight
- Tie: I lost 0 lbs - (disappointed)
- Win: Exercise on a scale of 1- 10 was a 8 (Weight training - day seven today - I’m a hurting unit still! )
- Win: Diet ā 80 - 20 (had a OK week - room for improvement - 6 hour breakdown this weekend)
First 7 days working with a trainer - I’m a hurting unit!!
Great Gym where Owners are also trainers - they use their Patented Equipment as training foundation (want to be like Roger E.)
