Just the Facts: Week 5 ending March 17th - Weigh In - Day 1 Week #6
- Weight: #305 (12 lb total- no weight loss this week)
- Win: I’m still a NON-SMOKER – today is Day 1 of Week Seven
- Tie: I lost 0 lbs - (disappointed)
- Win: Exercise on a scale of 1- 10 was a 7 (I’ve started weight training - day three today - I’m a hurting unit! )
- Win: Diet – 70 - 30 (had a OK week - room for improvement - 36 hour breakdown this weekend)
Exercise program has actually started with me joining a new Gym and a 12 week program that started March 16th with a trainer.
First 2 days working with a trainer - I’m a hurting unit!!
Day 1 - Back, Biceps, Abs Day 2 - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Great Gym where Owners are also trainers - they use their Patented Equipment as training foundation (want to be like Roger E.)
