- Win: I’m still a NON-SMOKER – today is Day 1 of Week Five
- Tie: I lost 1 lbs - (disappointed but expected)
- Loss: Exercise on a scale of 1- 10 was a 3 (I’m alive and have started Program)
- Tie: Diet – 50 -50
Exercise program has actually started with me joining a new Gym and a 12 week program that starts March 16th with a trainer. Between now and the 16th cardio is the exercise of choice.
