Just the Facts: Week three ending March 3rd - Weigh In - Day 1 Week #4

  • Weight: #312 (5 lb total)
  • Win: I’m still a NON-SMOKER – today is Day 1 of Week Five
  • Tie: I lost 1 lbs - (disappointed but expected)
  • Loss: Exercise on a scale of 1- 10 was a 3 (I’m alive and have started Program)
  • Tie: Diet – 50 -50

Exercise program has actually started with me joining a new Gym and a 12 week program that starts March 16th with a trainer. Between now and the 16th cardio is the exercise of choice.
