Losing Weight and being over Fifty!

After a great week of both exercise and diet (Sunday brunch was a blowout-my bad) I was really disappointed in 0 weight loss this week. It must be true about how hard it is to lose weight when your over fifffty… I have seldom worked as hard and produced so minimal results (in weight loss).

I was brought back to the positives of exercise and no smoking so all in all a very good week. After smoking for over 35 years that is a very good thing!!

I happened to watch the “Biggest Losers” after the presidents speech. If they can live in a compound - have a personnel trainer and chef - workout hours per day and only lose 4 pounds it helped put things in perspective.

Was I disappointed when I woke up and WAS NOT 185 - YES I WAS - but I got over it!!
