A Personal and - VERY Public Declaration/Announcement!
Today is D-Day for me! September 2, 2008 (posted February 1, 2009) - An End and a beginning!

My user name is Fatman. I’m a 53 year old male living in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. I have a home business that mainly is Advertising and Network|Affiliate|Internet Marketing.
At the time of this writing I’m at considerable risk because of MY actions, choices and family history in the “domain” of my health and well being. What I mean by domain is simply the area of my life that pertains to my health. Let’s say our lives are in the shape of a pie with 8 equal pieces and each piece is a domain: health, relationships, finance, household etc…
I’m creating a Game/Blog/Website with me as the Guinea Pig - My commitment is to lose at least 100 pounds in the next 12 months and quit smoking. I have setup a “buy when” on my quit date for smoking of February 4th. I know this is lame but it is what is so at the moment. I have actually quit for about 2 months starting again on Thanksgiving! (Fool stamped on the Forehead thing)
I plan on exposing myself publicly, opening up to both coaching , analysis and recommendations from the Blog. I have a couple of friends that are joining me at the beginning in a friendly wager and competition. More from them soon!
Working from home I have been fortunate to witness the power of the Internet and how it is interconnected to almost all facets of our modern lives. The next few months will be spent creating the basic foundation or “game plan” and to build an Authority site full of resources both educational and commercial. Business aspect is to make this a commercial enterprise by marketing numerous health related items and advertising! Like my body and well being a work in progress.
Let the GAME begin! You can’t win if you don’t play!

I have seen you as a uncle my whole life, You are in some of my best memories dating back to diapers!! I will never forget the first buck I ever shot down south with you in norms old texas style stand lol… we went back and forth trying to decided if it had horns or not.. hahah it was great!! Where I’m going with this story Is I’m proud of you! you are doing this not only for your health but for all your buddies that would not know what to do without you!!
